Dr. Yarish has an unparalleled eye for perfection. He knew what I wanted when I didn't. This separates good surgeons from great ones. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff!

Not long ago I started going to the Medical Spa at Town and Country Plastic Surgery for sun damage and Rosacea with their laser skin treatment, Fotofacial.  I can't tell you what a difference it's made!  I look better and I feel better about myself!!!  My only regret is I didn't do this years before...  The staff at the Medical Spa has been the most understanding, kind, patient and professional people imaginable.  They've helped me to feel that I'm not alone in this condition and that it will get better.  I can't say enough to thank them for what they do and how they go about it.
